Uniflex PES-TMEL fiber putty with glass fibers

Two-component polyester sealant designed for sealing particularly large areas or for bridging weak or rusted places and holes. High glass fiber content. Excellent adhesion to metal and fiberglass. High filling capacity - the possibility of creating a solid, strong layer. Easy workability and improved grinding properties. The sealant must not be used to seal areas that come into direct contact with food and drinking water. Not suitable for galvanized and aluminum substrates.

Processing two-component putty:
Background:
The substrate must be clean, dry, load-bearing, free of rust, grease and oil. Sand the original coatings down to the base.

Aspiration:
The putty is hardened with a hardener in a mass ratio of 100 parts of putty: 2-3 parts of hardener. Excessive addition of hardener is undesirable. It can lead to efflorescence and discoloration in the subsequent top coat.

Processing time:
3 – 4 minutes at + 20 °C. The reaction temperature must not drop below +5 °C.

Application:
by troweling.

Drying time and sandability:
at + 20°C approx. after 15 - 20 minutes against dust, sandable after 20 minutes.
