Uniflex PES-TMEL wood putty or glue intended for sealing medium and larger unevenness, excellent adhesion on most surfaces, especially on metal, steel, stone, concrete, wood, etc., can be painted over, for indoor and outdoor use. Processing of putty for wood
Use of wood putty:
ideal wood sealant with a high content of wood flour for sealing wood, does not fall off, can be easily sanded and is flexible.

Base for wood putty:
wood, chipboard, solid wood, slats and all wood products. The substrate must be clean, dry, load-bearing, free of rust, grease and oil. Perfectly polished. Sand the original coatings down to the base. When used outdoors, treat the metal substrate with a universal primer.

Hardening of wood putty:
The putty is hardened with a hardener in a mass ratio of 100 parts of putty: 2 parts of hardener. Excessive addition of hardener is undesirable. It can lead to efflorescence and discoloration in the subsequent top coat.

Processing time of wood putty:
3 to 4 minutes at +20°C. The reaction temperature must not fall below +5 °C.

Applying putty to wood:
by troweling.

Drying time and sandability of the putty
at + 20°C approx. after 15 minutes against dust, sandable after 25 minutes.
