MODELING PLASTER is a fast-setting plaster intended for modeling and electrical installation work. It is suitable for leveling small unevenness of walls (plaster, masonry, panels, plasterboard, etc.) before painting in the interior. It can be used for temporary fixation of cables, pipes, electrical sockets, dowels, installation of profiles. Gypsum can also be used for less demanding modeling work and casting decorative ceramics.
It is not suitable for outdoor work, for joining ceramic tiles or plasterboard, for floors and permanently wet surfaces, glass, wood, plastics, metals and as a base layer under tiles or silicate coatings.
Modeling plaster workflow
The substrate must be solid and cohesive, free of dirt and grease. Clean and moisten the application site with water with a brush or sprayer. Measure 0.25 l of clean water into the plaster bowl and slowly pour in 0.5 kg of plaster. After about 1 min. after drying and soaking, mix the plaster with a spatula into a smooth mass without lumps. The consistency should correspond to a thick porridge. From this moment on, the plaster processing time is approx. 8 minutes Complete curing occurs in approximately 10-12 minutes, depending on the temperature. Use clean containers and tools when processing. Process plaster only at ambient and substrate temperatures above 5 °C. Do not load anchored materials (dowels, etc.) for at least 12 hours.

Shelf life:
When stored in original, unopened packages in a dry environment at a temperature of 5-30 °C, the shelf life is 24 months from the filling date indicated on the package. By exposing the product to moisture before it is processed, physical properties may change and reactivity with water may decrease. To protect the product during or before its processing, open or broken packaging must be properly protected from atmospheric moisture.
Safety and Health protection during work:
Do not eat, drink or smoke while working and observe basic hygiene rules. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water for 10-15 minutes. In case of accidental ingestion, rinse the mouth and drink at least 0.5 l of water.
