UNIBALfermež napouštěcí O1000

It is used especially for primary impregnation of wood, plasters and other porous substrates, under other oil and air drying synthetic paints. It provides perfect adhesion of top coats thus protecting the substrate against weather conditions.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Before the application, the timber surface shall be clean, dry, well smoothened, with max. 12% humidity and free of resin residues. The timber surface with high content of resins (larch, pine) shall be cleaned of all resin residues, e.g. by washing by BALTECH C6000 nitro-solvent. Quality of wood preparation determines overall look of the wood final finish and affects total lifetime of the coating system. Concrete or masonry substrate must be dry, compact, clean, well-matured (at least 28 days) and structurally insulated against ground (bottom) moisture.

Thinner: BALTECH S6006, BALTECH S6001 for spraying

Spreading capacity: ca 7 m2/l per single layer according to a timber absorbency

WORKFLOW

Properly mix before use, thin if it is necessary. Apply by brush, roller, dipping or spraying on the prepared surface. 
The coloured coating of wood:
1.    1x penetration with UNIBAL FERMEŽ NAPOUŠTĚCÍ O1000; approximately after 20 minutes wipe off not absorbed remains of this material so that any glossy spots would not remain on the surface; drying for 48 hours
2.    1 or 2 coats of UNIBAL BARVA FERMEŽOVÁ O2025; drying for 48 hours
3.    1 or 2 coats of INDUSTROL UNIVERZAL S2013 or LAZUROL OKNOBAL EMAIL U2015
