The bases are intended for mixing centres only. After adjusting the shade with a tinting machine, the enamel is intended for decorative glossy coatings. The product is characteristic with an excellent hiding power, high gloss and very good weathering resistance. In combination with a suitable primer, it can be used on metal, wood and mineral substrates.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The timber surface must be clean, dry, well worn, moisture max. 12%, without rest of any resins. Concrete or masonry substrate must be dry, compact, clean, well-matured (usually 4-6 months) and insulated against ground (bottom) moisture. The metal substrate must be clean, dry, degreased, free of rust and dust, mechanically cleaned. Absorbent substrates must also be treated with a suitable impregnant and provided with a suitable base coat. Metal substrates must be provided with appropriate anticorrosive primer. Formerly coated surfaces must be cleaned, degreased and without old non-adhesive paints.
Thinner: BALTECH S6006, BALTECH S6001 for spraying
Spreading capacity: 14 - 16 m2/l per one layer
WORKFLOW
Properly mix before use, thin, if it is necessary. Apply by brush, roller or spraying on prepared surface.
The coating of a metal:
1. 1x PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX FOR GALVANIZED IRON S2003, PRAGOPRIMER EXTRA S2035 or PRAGOPRIMER PROFI S2129;
2. local bonding i.e. BKP Rapid, regrind bonded area with a sandpaper;
3. 1x PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX FOR GALVANIZED IRON S2003, PRAGOPRIMER EXTRA S2035 or PRAGOPRIMER PROFI S2129;
4. grinding with a sandpaper No. 280-320 while wet;
5. 2 – 3x INDUSTROL PROFI U2129 enamel. Optimal thickness of a single layer is 30-35 μm.
The coating of a wood:
1. 1x impregnate with LAZUROL CLASSIC S 1023 or LAZUROL FUNGICIDAL IMPREGNATION S 1033, drying for 24 hours
2. 1 - 2x PRAGOPRIMER PLUS S 2070 or LAZUROL OKNOBAL PRIMER S 2060
3. 2 - 3x INDUSTROL PROFI U 2129 enamel. Time interval between particular layers is at least 24 hours (20 °C). Optimal thickness of a single layer is 30-35 μm.
SHADES
Transparent and white base with various degree of pigmentation. Transparent base (T) 0021. White base (P) 0025.
TINTING
Different colour shades are prepared by the tinting system BALMIX.
