Characteristics and use of the product
Liquid painting paint with excellent whiteness, coverage and abrasion resistance. It is used for painting plaster, concrete, plasterboard, chipboard, etc. in interiors. Also suitable for renovation plasters. Shows resistance to abrasion when wet - measured according to ČSN EN ISO 111998 - class 5 (classification according to EN 13300).
Preparation of documents
Excessively absorbent, dusty or non-cohesive substrates must be previously penetrated (consolidated) with a suitable penetration, e.g. REMAL, BARLET or SOICRAT. We use the REMAL STROKE to level uneven surfaces. In cracks of larger dimensions, non-cohesive material must be removed and acrylic putty must be used to fill them. It is advisable to use REMAL FLEK-STOP insulating coating on problematic areas (leaking stains, etc.).
Recommended coating procedure
Dilute the paint with a maximum of 10-20% water and apply in 2 layers. Apply a new layer only after it has completely dried. The temperature of the substrate and the environment must not fall below 5o C during application. Use the product from one batch on complete surfaces, mix different batches together before use.
Toning
Toning is possible with common toning pastes, e.g. REMAL LIQUID TONING PAINT or REMAKOL.
