RADBAL STANDARD S2119

The enamel is especially intended for the top coats of warm-water heating systems. It is characteristic by a very fast drying and good mechanical properties. Before the application, the radiators should be cooled down.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The metal substrate must be clean, dry, degreased, free of rust and dust, mechanically cleaned. Metal substrates must be provided with appropriate anticorrosive primer. The radiators should be cooled down. Formerly coated surfaces must be cleaned, degreased and without old non-adhesive paints.

Thinner: BALTECH S6001 for spraying, BALTECH S6006 for brush or roller

Spreading capacity: 14 - 16 m²/l per one layer

WORKFLOW

Properly mix before use, thin, if it is necessary. Apply by brush, roller or spraying.
Painting of a central heating system
1.    1x primer PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX ZÁKLAD NA POZINK S2003 or   PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERZAL S2035;
2.    1 - 2x  special enamel RADBAL STANDARD S2119, optimal thickness of one layer is 30 – 40 µm. For a long-term effectivity apply enamel in two thinner layers. Interval between two layers is about 24 hours / 23°C.
