LAZUROL PRAGOLESK C1037

The varnish is intended for glossy and hard coats of wood. It contains substances absorbing UV radiation, it means that the coat does not become yellowish and yellowing of wood under the coat is also limited. The varnish is endowed with excellent drying, quick hardening and very good spreading.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Before the application, the timber surface shall be clean, dry, well smoothened, with max. 12% humidity and free of resin residues. The timber surface with high content of resins (larch, pine) shall be cleaned of all resin residues, e.g. by washing by BALTECH C6000 nitro-solvent. Quality of wood preparation determines overall look of the wood final finish and affects total lifetime of the coating system.

Spreading capacity: 9 m²/l on one layer

WORKFLOW

Properly mix before use, thin if it is necessary. Apply by spraying or brush.
1.    Wood surface preparation (grinding, potentially staining, bleaching);
2.    One coat (spray) of varnish LAZUROL PRAGOLESK C1037 diluted with BALTECH C6000 solvent   (approximately 30 %);
3.    Sanding with sandpaper no. 240-320;
4.    2-3 coats of varnish LAZUROL PRAGOLESK C1037. Recoating is possible after 24 hours. Optimal thickness of one coat is 20 μm.
Don´t use it for coating exposed to weather conditions.
