Lazurol Aqua thick-layer outdoor varnish for wood V1303

Lazurol Aqua v1303 thick-layer semi-matt varnish for wood is a water-dilutable semi-matt colorless varnish intended for new and renovation coatings of wooden products, especially in outdoor environments. It is suitable for all types of wood, the surface of the film is perfectly flexible. The varnish is resistant to water, the surface is non-sticky (antiblocking). Not suitable for painting wooden floors and stairs. Contains an effective UV filter. Meets the requirements of ČSN EN 71 – 3, part 3: Safety of toys. Migration of certain elements.

Preparation of documents:
Sand dry raw wood (humidity max. 12%) with sandpaper No. 120 - 150, wash the resinous areas with thinner. For application to exterior products, we recommend applying a penetrating coating containing fungicidal substances with the product LAZUROL AQUA NAPOUŠTÚDLO V1314 or LAZUROL IMPREGNÁCNÍ ZLAKLAD S1033. After the penetration has dried, lightly sand the surface with sandpaper No. 220 - 240 and remove dust.

Example of a coating procedure:
Stir the contents thoroughly before use. Apply 2 - 3 times with a brush or spray with a time interval of 4 - 24 hours between individual coats, depending on the temperature and humidity of the air. After the first coat has dried, it is advisable to re-sand with sandpaper No. 400. Recommended temperature for application 15 to 25 °C. Warning: This product is not suitable for coating floors and wood in permanently moist environments (e.g. saunas), wood treated with oil or wax, or products containing waxes. The stackability and adhesion of painted surfaces must be tested for specific conditions.
