Acrylurethane water-based varnish for wood in the interior. The varnish is designed to create a high-quality and durable surface for all types of wooden floors made of hard and soft wood in the interior. It can also be used for coating plywood, furniture parts, wooden cladding, cork, etc. or as a top coat for dispersion paints.
It meets the requirements of slip resistance in dry and wet conditions (ČSN 744507) for the floors of all residential and residential rooms as well as for parts of buildings used by the public - the average value of the coefficient of shear friction of the entire set must be at least 0.5. Meets the requirements of ČSN EN 71-3, part 3: toy safety. Migration of certain elements.

Workflow:
Mix the varnish thoroughly before use. The ambient temperature during application must be between +15 °C and +25 °C. It is applied by brush, roller or spraying. The surface of the wood for painting must be free of all dirt, dust and old non-cohesive coatings. The resin areas must be washed with thinner and the surface must be carefully sanded by graded sanding with sandpaper P80-100-120-150 (grits must be adapted to the condition, type and quality of the substrate). After removing the dirt created during sanding, one layer of lacquer diluted with max. 10% water is applied. After 2 hours of drying, lightly sand the surface with sandpaper P220-400. After re-removal of impurities created during sanding, two layers of undiluted varnish are applied at intervals of 2-8 hours. If the time interval between individual coatings is more than 8 hours, we recommend light sanding with sandpaper P220-400.

Covering material, such as paper adhesive tape or masking film, or sandpaper may be useful. Don't forget brushes and rollers.
