The product is intended especially to create a special washable surface suitable for school boards and ping-pong tables. It is possible to use it also for coatings of steel, wood, chipboards, fibreboards and similar materials, only for interiors. Writing with chalk on the school blackboards is possible after perfect hardening of the coating, not sooner than after 5 days. The paint is not intended for exterior coatings exposed to weather.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The timber surface must be clean, dry, well worn, moisture max. 12%, without rest of any resins. The metal substrate must be clean, dry, degreased, free of rust and dust, mechanically cleaned. Absorbent substrates must also be treated with a suitable impregnant and provided with a suitable base coat. Metal substrates must be provided with appropriate anticorrosive primer. Formerly coated surfaces must be cleaned, degreased and without old non-adhesive paints.
Thinner: BALTECH S6001 for spraying, BALTECH S6006 for brush or roller
Spreading capacity: 8 - 11 m2/l per one layer
WORKFLOW
Properly mix before use, thin, if it is necessary. Apply by brush, roller or spraying on prepared surface.
The coating of a wood:
1. 1 coat of colourless LAZUROL CLASSIC S1023 or UNIBAL FERMEŽ NAPOUŠTĚCÍ O1000 or LAZUROL NAPOUŠTĚCÍ OLEJ S1039
2. it is recommended to wipe surface after 10-15 minutes with dry brush or cloth
3. grinding with a sandpaper No. 150 – 180 after 24 hours after penetration
4. 1 or 2 coats of INDUSTROL BOARD PAINT S2122, interval between two layers is 12 hours /23°C. Optimal thickness of one layer is 30 - 40 μm.
The coating of a metal:
1. 1 coat of primer PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, PRAGOPRIMER PROFI S2129 or PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERZAL S2035
2. grinding with a sandpaper No. 280 - 320 while wet
3. 1 or 2 coats of INDUSTROL BOARD PAINT S2122, interval between two layers is 12 hours /23 °C. Optimal thickness of one layer is 30 – 40 μm.
