The product is intended as anticorrosive single coat for long lasting coatings of metal sheet roofing eaves, metalworks elements, wire fences and metal construction exposed weather conditions and sunshine. It contains corrosion inhibitor and UV radiation absorber. Painting of galvanized sheet is possible after one year of weathering.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be clean, dry, degreased, free of rust and dust, mechanically cleaned. First of all, the surface must be degreased by means of suitable agent (e.g. BALTECH P6402 technical benzine, BALTECH P6401 acetone or, if it is possible, warm pressurized water with detergent). For removing of residues of various salts it is necessary then to rinse the surface with clear water. Rough and sticky impurities must be removed manually or mechanically (grinding, scraping). Possible rust may be removed also manually or mechanically (metal brushes, grinding discs). Absorbent bases must be treated (penetrated) with suitable agent, providing even absorbency. Formerly coated surfaces must be cleaned, degreased and without old non-adhesive paints.

WORKFLOW
Properly mix before use, thin, if it is necessary. Apply by brush, roller or spraying on prepared surface.
Apply 2 or 3 coats of FEST-B 2v1 NA STŘECHY S2141. Recommended dry film thickness of one layer is 50 μm. If necessary, the other coatings apply either wet into wet (within approximately 3 hours), or after drying (24 h).
