The product is intended for renovation of enamelled bathtubs and shower trays. Not suitable for acrylic surfaces Before use the paint is mixed properly with the hardener in specified ratio. The product is suitable for coatings that come into direct contact with food and feed.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The bath cleans thoroughly by cleanser to be free of grease, limescale and sediments. The surface smoothes by sandpaper no. 280-320 while wet for better adhesion. Rinse by water and let dry. Damaged spots, cracking enamel seal by epoxy putty for metal. Smooth by sandpaper no. 320-360 while wet after drying. The surface rinses by cleanser. Remove outlet and overflow, smooth and clean places below them. Avoid dripping of water. The surface has to be matt, clean and dry. Apply tape around bath. Minimum temperature of the surface is 15 °C. A draught could bring dust and cause defects on the surface.

100 weight parts EPOLEX S2321 O : 33 weight parts EPOLEX S7300
70 volume parts EPOLEX S2321 O : 30 volume parts EPOLEX S7300
The pot life of the hardened mixture is 8 hours (20 °C).
WORKFLOW
Mix properly before use. Mix with hardener EPOLEX S7300 in prescribed weight ratio and properly mix together. Thin if it is necessary. Let the hardened mixture defoam for 15 minutes. Apply on the prepared surface. Apply in a cross thin coat. The second coat should be applied not sooner than after 24 hours (20 °C).
