Use:
The EPOLEX Epoxy kit is intended for gluing and repairing products made of the following materials: metal, glass, ceramics, porcelain, wood, concrete, porcelain, etc. If the composition is repeatedly washed with warm water after curing and then with a 3% citric acid solution, it meets the conditions for direct contact with food and drinking water, but not suitable for direct contact with
foods containing more than 5% organic acids (acetic, lactic) and foods with an ethyl alcohol content higher than 20%. Before application, the composition must not be diluted by the addition of any thinner or solvent.

Instructions for use:
The resin is perfectly mixed with the hardener in the weight ratio: 100 wt. part Resin 1200: 6.5 wt. part of the hardener. The mixture is applied to a dry, clean, degreased and possibly sanded surface. Observe the mixing ratio and do not prepare a larger amount of mixture than you can process within 30 minutes. at a temperature of 15-20°C. Apply the prepared resin to the glued surfaces and then glue them together so that they fit well along the entire length and fix the joint (with a pressure of about 0.02 MPa).

Optimal layer thickness:
Approx. 0.1 mm

Curing:
It cures at normal or elevated temperature up to 60 °C. Curing of the resin takes place within 48 hours.

Acetone, toluene
