DENAS UNIVERSÁL-LESK topcoat for wood, metal and concrete

DENAS UNIVERSÁL is a top water-based paint for painting building elements and constructions made of wood, metal, structures, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing templates, aluminum, some types of plastics, umakart, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, plasterboard. It meets the standard for surface treatment of products and toys for children from 0-3 years of age (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, they do not become chalky or brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and the weather, they are resistant to the effects of cleaning products used in the home. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and show a long service life both indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children under the age of 3 (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, item 12 and at the same time meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, set out in Decree no. MZČR No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. took measures to ensure the conformity of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and with the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates for toning outside the manufacturer's premises.

Workflow:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, incoherent layers of older coatings and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 layers of DENAS NA KOV-ZAKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1 anti-corrosion primer, then apply DENAS UNIVERSÁL topcoat in 1-2 layers. First unite the wooden substrates TODAY ON THE WOOD-BASE or. with diluted DENAS UNIVERSÁL paint in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1-2 layers, taking into account the absorbency of the wood. Then top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. We recommend protecting the wood in depth with a suitable impregnation agent with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by coating in 1-2 layers with a penetrating agent and then with DENAS UNIVERSÁL topcoat in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:
With normal use, there are no situations where immediate medical attention is necessary. Recommendation: Follow the principles of personal hygiene when working. Ensure workplace ventilation. Use respiratory protection when spraying. In case of eye contact, flush with water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original, unopened packaging min. by the date indicated on the cap/lid.
