DENAS NA BETON top paint for concrete

DENAS NA BETON is a top covering water-based paint intended for painting concrete and fiber cement surfaces, plinths, fences, stairs, walls and cement chip CETRIS and OSB boards. The coating on concrete is excellently resistant to the effects of weather and UV radiation, has waterproofing properties, is colorfast, abrasion-resistant, vapor-permeable, and is excellently maintained. It shows high coverage, dries quickly, and has excellent application properties. Not suitable for unripened concrete.

Meets the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 1504-2 standard: Product for surface protection - coatings. Statement of Properties No. 003.

Composition of concrete coating:

A mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers and special additives

Concrete floor paint workflow:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt and non-cohesive layers of the substrate as well as subsequent older coatings and grease. Before painting, the substrate is impregnated with the penetration preparation DENAS HLOUBKOVÁ PENETRACE. The paint is applied with a brush, roller or spray in the supplied consistency in 2-3 layers with a distance of min. 4 hours between individual coatings. The temperature during application and drying of the paint must not fall below +10 °C, air humidity up to 70%.

Yield of concrete paint:

5 - 8 m²/kg per coat.

Concrete paint packaging:

Plastic or tin packaging weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Instructions for safe handling of concrete paint:
If medical attention is needed, have the product packaging or label on hand. Keep out of reach of children. Do not inhale aerosols. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Avoid release to the environment. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/safety glasses. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. In case of skin irritation or rash: Get medical attention/treatment. Dispose of the contents/packaging in accordance with local regulations by handing it over to a person authorized to dispose of waste or to a place designated by the municipality.

Safety and hygiene:

Follow the principles of personal hygiene. Ensure workplace ventilation. Use respiratory protection when spraying. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with soap and water. In case of eye contact, flush with water. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health problems, seek medical treatment.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original, unopened packaging min. by the date indicated on the cap/lid.

1.1-1.25 g/cm3; VOC: 0.05 kg/kg; TOC: 0.03 kg/kg; ONL: 30–40% vol.; VŘNH category: A/i – one-component coatings with a special function.; Maximum permissible value of VOC content (g/l): 140; Max. VOC content in the product in a ready-to-use state (g/l): 61.
