DENAS PAINT FOR METAL 2in1 anti-corrosion fast-drying paint for metal

DENAS KOVY 2in1 is a self-priming, semi-matte, anti-corrosion, water-based paint designed to protect all metal substrates. The coatings have anti-corrosion protection throughout the thickness of the coating film, high resistance to weathering, UV stability. DENAS 2in1 metal paint is ideal for surface treatment of roofs, metal structures, plumbing elements, fences, gates, parapets, masts, railings and cast iron products. Perfectly protects steel, iron, freshly galvanized, aluminum and copper surfaces, located in the exterior and interior. The coatings dry very quickly, are excellently cohesive with metal substrates, provide high coverage, have a perfect spread, and are easy to apply.

Working procedure of DENAS metal paint:
The substrate must be dry, free of all dirt, grease and remnants of old, non-cohesive coatings. The paint comes in a brush and roller consistency. When spraying, it is possible to add 5% water. The paint is applied in 2-3 layers with a distance of min. 4 hours between individual coatings. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the paint is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Paint on metal yield:

The theoretical yield is 6–8 m²/kg at an optimal thickness of 80 μm per layer.

Paint for metal composition:

A mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers and special additives.

Packaging of metal paint:

Plastic or tin packaging weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Safety and hygiene for DENAS metal paint:
Follow the principles of personal hygiene. Ensure workplace ventilation. Use respiratory protection when spraying. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with soap and water. In case of eye contact, flush with water. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health problems, seek medical treatment.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original, unopened packaging min. by the date indicated on the lid.
