The paint is determined for glossy decorative coatings of mineral surfaces and concrete exposed to water, vapours or humidity, for both interior and exterior. The product can be used for pools and metal tanks. It is not suitable for coating of glazed or monolithic concrete surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Mineral surface must be matured (4 – 6 weeks), compact, free of dust, grease, remains of petroleum products and asphalt and other impurities. It is ideal to suck a dust with powerful vacuum cleaner. The surface must be insulated against moisture. When a water jet cleaning is necessary, it is recommended to leave the substrate to dry thoroughly. In the case of the substrate with larger roughness it is recommended refinished. Humidity of substrate shouldn´t exceed 5 %. Formerly coated surfaces must be cleaned, degreased and without old non-adhesive paints.

Spreading capacity: 5 - 6 m2/kg per one layer
WORKFLOW
Coating of mineral surface:
The substrate has to be treated with penetrating primer. Stir paint thoroughly throughout the whole volume and dilute it with thinner BALTECH S6005 in a weight ratio of 1 part BETEX 2v1 NA BAZÉNY S2852 and 1 part of thinner BALTECH S6005. Apply diluted paint (usually by a roller) on the prepared surface.
Apply 3 or 5 coats of BETEX 2v1 NA BAZÉNY S2852 (without thinning) at the dried penetrating primer (about 24 hours). The finish coat is recommended to apply after thorough drying of the previous coat.
Coating of metal:
1. Apply 1 coat of primer FORMEX PRIMER FOR GALVANIZED IRON S2003, optimal dry film thickness 25 – 30μm.
2. Apply 3 or 4 coats of BETEX 2v1 NA BAZÉNY S2852. Interval between two layers is 24 hours / 23 °C. Optimal thickness of one layer is 30 – 40μm.
The total dry film thickness should be about 120μm. It is not possible to expose the paint system to the water or moisture not earlier than after 7 days.
Shade stability can be influenced by exposure to harsh chemical environments. This has no influence on the protective properties of the coating system.
